What is QHHT?

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a talking therapy aimed at boosting health, mood, energy, sleep, career, confidence, relationships, and abundance, while also helping to understand recurring dreams, insomnia, weight, phobias, strange or traumatic experiences, process grief and reduce bad habits.

All your five senses are activated, plus your extra sense of ‘knowing’ or natural gut intuition in your QHHT session. So you get to recognise which senses you lean on to pick up information best. The relaxation and exploration of past lives also appears to switch people on creatively, recognise problem solving and psychic abilities. People see their old and new strengths and gifts, which might have been previously dampened down by experiences and/or criticism.

The root cause for low energy, emotions, phobias, self sabotaging responses and behavioural habits gets unearthed. QHHT offers a safe space to take a look within. People find root causes that often were unknown unknowns. QHHT supports understanding self in an accepting and loving manner that facilitates change after session.

The quantum nature of QHHT means self is connected to past, parallel and future selves, and time is not deemed linear. People can therefore reconnect to fragments of lost self and to a spiritual source energy that is beyond the here and now. This quantum aspect means the recording of PLR offers insight in the future too.

What to expect?

Free Consultation: Please contact me by the link below or by email zenhavenhypnotherapy@outlook.com with a brief (max 60 words) of what you would like to gain from your QHHT session. I will email you back and we will arrange a day and time for a quick phone call consultation. You can then ask me questions you may have and we can work out if past life regression (PLR) will suit your goals.

Before session: There is a one hour pre-session video chat. We will start a brief timeline of life to know important topics and health issues to note during your past life regression. This helps you gain an idea of what questions you want to bring to session. We will make a list of important people for you and health issues, which has importance during session. You will have a practice of some relaxation techniques and decide on your key words. We will book a date and time for your in-person PLR.

In person session: We will have a chat about current life and refine and add to your questions. You’ll then be guided through a relaxation process that helps your mind reach a personal level of calm that feels right for you on the day. This is a relaxing session, so it is just a matter of lying back and allowing your mind to explore, and see what reveals for you. When you start to explore, the past life regression part of your session is audio recorded by me, for your private home use only. We will answer your questions and there is a self-healing body scan. At the end there is a brief reflection on a theme and any core belief within the past lives. Allow up to 4hrs in your diary.

Grounding: You are encouraged to go for a quick walk after your session. On the doorstep is countryside. Around the corner are fields with horses and a river. There is also an array of village cafes.

Fluids in & out: As with any session you are encouraged to stay hydrated, before, during and after session. You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks to session. You will also find that you are alert enough to go to the toilet throughout session. this is welcomed as it is part of the process of the body releasing stress the score of accumulated stress.

Will I go to sleep: Some people often just catch themselves and will say 'ooh sorry i nearly fell asleep then' during a QHHT session. there is no need to go so deep as full trance for most people, as it is more important you feel comfortable and in control to explore. People often say after their session they had a 'floaty feeling', that was very relaxing and felt safe.

Will I get emotional? A few people display no emotional change from calm. Some get a little teary. Some people get very tearful, especially if there is a loss involved. No interruption is made to this emotional processing other than if your body says I need the loo to release this stress, which is encouraged. In the instance of bouncing erratically between emotions from nervous laughter that seems odd to tears, then we will explore further and pick up again. It is wise to see that the release of emotion is just the body excreting. Like a spot, we don't want to just hide it with a sticking plaster, we want healing to occur.

What will energy feel like? The breath will slow, your tummy and gall bladder will gurgle as the blood flows from limbs - the need for fight and flight is gone. Some people experience warmth and tingling in parts of their body. For some people there is a sense of weight, cold, ache, itch, or emotion in a part of the body, which we explore. I have found some people experience marks on the skin that relate to a past life, which disappear within an hour or two.

Formulation session: There is option to purchase an additional online spiritual therapy session a week after your QHHT, which combines spiritual/psychic work and discussion of the theme and core belief. You can factor in a dream journal completed over the week and explore how you want to implement this new information into making life changes. This session is video recorded for your personal home use only.
