Mind & Body
Combining psychology, tai chi, and natural therapies to support your wellness journey
About Me
With years working in psychology, physical rehabilitation and holistic health, I blend science and intuition to support your wellbeing.

My Journey
From clinical work to nature walks, my journey blends healing for both mind and body. I hold an MSc in psychology and have worked in NHS clinics and in Talking Therapies, served as a mental health advisor at universities and colleges, and contributed my skills to MIND. I work as a trauma informed holistic practitioner, so consider how the mind and body impact each other and are shaped by everyday life too.
I worked in physical health rehabilitation working in NHS physiotherapy and occupational therapy and LGA re-enablement at home post hospital.
Resilience
I managed and delivered children’s emotional resilience courses across Hampshire schools for MIND, and this experience marked the solid beginning of understanding we humans build inner strength and wellbeing when we are curious and continue to play. When we value ourselves, take good care of our well-being, and understand ourselves better, we gain ability to bounce back, find joy and gain the capacity to help others. It takes a village to raise a child. It takes a combination of therapies to heal an adult.
Bubbling Springs - FEET
Combining reflexology and aromatherapy since 1995 to support holistic well-being and relaxation. Qigong taught me the importance of feet for mind, body and energy. I grew up with a love for plants and nature. Essential oils are like nature’s own orchestra, a blend of chemicals working together in such subtle ways that they often outshine manmade solutions to mood. If you can do one thing today, go stand on the grass or try a foot soak. Treat yourself to the micro joys of life. Grounding is not just about the rise and fall of anxiety after all.
Energy / Qi (chi)
I’m passionate about blending Tai Chi, Qigong, Positive Psychology, and Hypnotherapy into holistic healthcare, and it’s something I’m truly proud of.
Warm wishes,
Sallie
