Hypnotherapy as the first step
Many people come for a past life regression to unlock abundance so they can live their best life. The level of relaxation you achieve in your Zen Haven hypnotherapy session enables you to pause and be present. Not only can you unlock unknowns and insights during your past life regression about who you are and how to reach your full potential, you start a better conversation with your sub-conscious mind that goes on after your session. The relaxed state of mind you experience in your past life regression is similar to that when you are waking up and can hold on to the titbits of information that your subconscious mind has conveyed to you through dreams. The purpose of a past life regression and your dreams is the same; both act to help you release stress and trauma stored in the body, particularly the fascia.
Trauma plays out in a hypnotherapy past life regression. Sometimes I find this is a trauma that passed over into this life and was an unknown unknown until it is unlocked in session. Sometimes I find it is a trauma in childhood revisited. The natural rise and fall of processing trauma in a safe way, with gentle guidance is important. This is when I utilise my many years of experience supporting people in psychological wellbeing, in physical rehabilitation, educational and clinical settings.
Negative energy can often attach with trauma (be it from past or current lives). This is part of the process of unlocking during a session. Energy release is part of a past life regression session, and involves addressing any underpinning core belief formed in past or current life.
The Zen in my business refers to my thirty plus years of experience working with Chi energy and understanding of how karma works. I continue my training under a Shibashi Master who is from a multi generational lineage of Qigong Masters of over hundreds of years. I offer a holistic (psychic, spiritual, energetic, physical and psychological) wellbeing service based on work and professional training in clinical psychology, physical rehabilitation, reflexology, aromatherapy and Shibashi Qigong.
I recently went into what my Sifu (teacher) calls 'retreat' from hypnotherapy for a few months, which enabled me to reflect and recharge. During this time I explored in more depth the role of hypnotherapy in the body holds the score on stress and trauma. In particular, I considered unblocking energy and releasing trauma for wellbeing.
Your subconscious does more than drive the car on auto-pilot. Over the last year, I found people tend to dismiss subtle body, mind and emotional communications signifying an energy block until they gain the safe space of a PLR session. Whilst physical and mental health can be a main goal for a PLR session, many people seek an energy MOT and regain their purpose in life with Covid lockdowns near forgotten.
In Qigong knowledge is woven in layers within stories behind the moves. One main goal of Qigong is empowering psychic skills for transition after life. Abundance is therefore deemed heavily wrapped up in ability to get off the karmic hamster wheel, and regain sovereignty. It will be very interesting to see the impact on consumerism over the next few years, as more people consider what abundance actually means.
Reflection in Spring is common. We have the spring clean. It is the true new year after all, as October is the eighth month. Past life regression certainly is one of the most self-empowering spring cleans you can do, in terms of karma. By uncovering the roots behind core beliefs (e.g. I'm helpless) precipitating, presenting with and perpetuating energetic issues, life can start to transform.
The new fire horse cycle is an opportune time to take the reins in life. Fire is very purifying and in the case of the pine forest, a necessity for restarting new life in nature. Despite the potential for many aspects of new age industry being a compromised psychological programme promoting distraction and reliance on others, the role of past life regression seems to be more important in unlocking and unblocking.
Enhancing Subconscious Communication to Unblock
Effective listening to self is crucial for stress management. I use relaxation techniques that help you to enter a state of 'rest and digest' and a little deeper, the silent water/ deep water space. This relaxation feels a bit floaty, but you still have mental capacity to know you need a wee and walk to the loo. Your subconscious knows the right level of relaxation for you at time of your session. You will pragmatically be as relaxed as is comfortable for you on the day.
By fostering better subconscious communication, past life regression encourages long-lasting change. You will learn techniques you can use outside of therapy sessions to manage stress autonomously, contributing to a healthier mindset and lifestyle. You will learn how to write down dreams and notice the physical aches where an issue is stored.
Past life regression is not just about uncovering interesting facts about who you are, but recognising you can listen to and adjust behaviours too. To know when life is stressful, to slow your breathing, to release tension and emotion through stretch and moving your body. We know that slow breath reduces Cortisol (stress hormone) and allows the telomeres (end bits) of our DNA to repair. So a PLR session is not just for Christmas, it sets you up for everyday life by explaining what triggers stress and what helps you relax best. This helps with self-monitoring and self-managing the rise and fall of emotion.
When you engage in a past life regression you are saying I am listening to me, I see me, I know me. It is a personal self-hug that no one else can ever give you. When you engage in a past life regression you are saying I'm ready to unlock and unblock, I start the work on how my body has kept the score of those big T traumas, and those stacked up small T traumas of life stress too.
Past life regression is more than a bit of me time. More than a bit of curiosity to see who we have come back with. More than opportunity to unlock strengths and gifts. More than knowing what to do next in life. Past life regression is a deep dive beneath the surface to see the iceberg below, to listen to the subconscious mind (authentic me) and reclaim your energy and your mental power over karma.
So have a go at writing down dreams. Notice those subtle and big physical aches. Listen to those hypnic jerk reactions (muscle jerk, twitch and gasp of air). Nurture those rest and digest reactions (yawn, sigh and stomach gurgle). Slow that breath down. Move that body and release the tension from the fascia. Hypnotherapy, after all, is only one step in a long journey to self-empowerment and sovereignty.
