UNLOCK to UNBLOCK

Hypnotherapy as the first step
Many people come for a past life regression to unlock abundance so they can live their best life. The level of relaxation you achieve in your Zen Haven hypnotherapy session enables you to pause and be present. Not only can you unlock unknowns and insights during your past life regression about who you are and how to reach your full potential, you start a better conversation with your sub-conscious mind that goes on after your session. The relaxed state of mind you experience in your past life regression is similar to that when you are waking up and can hold on to the titbits of information that your subconscious mind has conveyed to you through dreams. The purpose of a past life regression and your dreams is the same; both act to help you release stress and trauma stored in the body, particularly the fascia.
Trauma plays out in a hypnotherapy past life regression. Sometimes I find this is a trauma that passed over into this life and was an unknown unknown until it is unlocked in session. Sometimes I find it is a trauma in childhood revisited. The natural rise and fall of processing trauma in a safe way, with gentle guidance is important. This is when I utilise my many years of experience supporting people in psychological wellbeing, in physical rehabilitation, educational and clinical settings.
Negative energy can often attach with trauma (be it from past or current lives). This is part of the process of unlocking during a session. Energy release is part of a past life regression session, and involves addressing any underpinning core belief formed in past or current life.
The Zen in my business refers to my thirty plus years of experience working with Chi energy and understanding of how karma works. I continue my training under a Shibashi Master who is from a multi generational lineage of Qigong Masters of over hundreds of years. I offer a holistic (psychic, spiritual, energetic, physical and psychological) wellbeing service based on work and professional training in clinical psychology, physical rehabilitation, reflexology, aromatherapy and Shibashi Qigong.
I recently went into what my Master calls 'retreat' which enabled me to reflect and recharge, so I took a few months break from finishing my training in QHHT. During this time I explored in more depth how the body holds the score and the role of hypnotherapy in this. In particular how the energy release from the body and unblocking energy.
During doing past life regressions this last year, I have found people naturally start to identify energy blocks, this is the unlocking process. In contrast to doing clinical psychological work, people can go outside of the now and current scientific knowledge to unlock a theme and core belief (e.g. I'm helpless) precipitating, presenting with and perpetuating energetic issues. Reflection in a QHHT session contributes to the natural unblocking and a sense of sovereignty to be able to self-manage going forwards.
Enhancing Subconscious Communication to Unblock
Effective communication with the subconscious is crucial for personal development and stress management. I use relaxation techniques that help you to enter a state of 'rest and digest' that is so relaxed it is a bit like when you wake up and feel a bit out of it, but still have mental capacity to know you need a wee and walk to the loo. Your subconscious knows the right level of relaxation for you at time of your session. You will pragmatically be as relaxed as is comfortable for you on the day. Just like some night you sleep more deeply than others.
By fostering better subconscious communication, past life regression encourages long-lasting change. You will learn techniques you can use outside of therapy sessions to manage stress autonomously, contributing to a healthier mindset and lifestyle. You will learn how to write down dreams and notice the physical aches on waking that point to where an issue is stored. You will access the quiet to pay attention to the hypnic jerk reactions (muscle twitches and gasp of air) and the rest and digest reactions (yawn, sigh and stomach gurgles) which are communication. Past life regression therefore is about you not just uncovering interesting facts about who you are, but recognising we can listen to our body and adjust behaviours to help us feel safe and rejuvenate. To know when life is stressful, to slow our breathing, to stretch and move our body, so we reduce Cortisol (stress hormone) and allow the telomeres (end bits) of our DNA to repair.
When you engage in a past life regression you are saying I am listening to me, I see me, I know me. It is a personal self-hug that no one else can ever give you. When you engage in a past life regression you are saying I'm ready to unlock and unblock, I start the work on how my body has kept the score of those big T traumas, and those stacked up small T traumas of life stress too.
For confidentiality of clients, I will use myself as an example. I had my first past life regression in 1995. I did not engage though in a self hug and say to my subconscious I see you, I hear you, I know you. For the next thirty years I kept making mistake after mistake, despite my subconscious saying what and where was going wrong for my body, my mind, my emotions, my spirituality. In the end I burnt out. I reached the end of the failure road that had a big road works sign saying 'Stop!'. And guess what, I started listening to me and I unlocked a block on true meaningful reward.
Today when I dream, I listen not just to the content in the dream, but also my body, where the ache is, the part of me where the stress is stored. This morning for instance, I dreamt about being in a car on the way to an exam and the car breaking down. Sure, there had been over a decade for me of failure stress about exams and financial stress for a car that broke down a lot. The ache on waking and getting out of bed was subtle and in the right knee. For me, this was where I had stored this present life stress. I can explore what it blocked later, but this morning it was opportune safe moment to unlock and unblock. It was 5:30am and rather than letting my pet out and snuggle back under the duvet, I chose instead to head outside bare foot in my PJs and do half an hour of Qigong on the dew laden grass. I listened to me, I did something for me, I started the unblocking.
So past life regression is more than a bit of me time. More than a bit of curiosity to see who we have come back with. More than opportunity to unlock strengths and gifts. More than knowing what to do next in life. Past life regression is a dive deep beneath to see the iceberg below the surface, to listen to the subconscious mind (authentic me) and reclaim energy, mental power over karma.
So have a go at writing down dreams. Notice those physical aches on waking. Listen to those hypnic jerk reactions (muscle jerk, twitch and gasp of air). Nurture those rest and digest reactions (yawn, sigh and stomach gurgle). Slow that breath down, as not only does Cortisol (stress hormone) reduce, the telomeres (end bits) of our DNA repair. Move that body and release the tension from the fascia. Hypnotherapy, after all, is only one step in a long journey to self-empowerment and sovereignty.
