This technique is perfect for grounding after a QHHT session. Once you've had a bite to eat and taken a short walk, you might enjoy trying The Tree.

Imagine yourself in your most beautiful place, embodied as a tree. Your roots extend from your feet deep into the embrace of Mother Earth, connecting to Gaia's energy. Feel the unconditional love rising through your roots and let it flow into your heart. Picture your arms and hands as fractal branches, with leaves at your fingertips soaking in the sun's rays. Let the warmth of the sun travel through your body and settle in your heart. Embrace the energy that unites Mother Earth's love and Father Sun's light. You are the synergy of the two, the carefree child riding a horse, embodying vitality and health. Spend some time in this grounded connection, and if you wish, draw in the cosmic starlight energy through your crown, letting it merge with the energy of the sun and Gaia in your heart.

If you enjoy this technique, consider trying it barefoot on the grass, ground, or flat concrete. You might find it even more rewarding to take it to the next level with the Yoga tree pose.

If you bring the Tree indoors, try using cedarwood and pine essential oils in a diffuser to create a cozy indoor forest atmosphere.

Let me know how you get on with The Tree.

Sallie :)
