What is Past Lives Regression?

I use a gentle, progressive induction to guide you into deep relaxation, similar to the feeling of losing yourself in a simple task like gardening or that floaty sensation as you drift off to sleep at night.

Taking quality me-time away from the rush of daily life helps you reach a deep, calm state of mind, allowing your conscious thoughts to relax while your subconscious becomes more active. Both parts of your mind work together in harmony. This subconscious side, which usually focuses on keeping you safe, can also be tapped into to creatively unlock memories and bring out your full potential.

Deep relaxation lets your body pause, rest, and recharge. It creates space to release emotions, memories, and tensions from both this life and past ones. With slower breathing and calmer blood flow in a restful state, your body can even heal on a DNA telomere level.

In this creative mindset, you’ll be guided to explore magical realms, past lives, and childhood memories that often connect to an unknown theme. By the end of your session, you’ll uncover answers to improve your health, mood, energy, sleep, career, confidence, relationships, recurring dreams, insomnia, weight, phobias, unusual or traumatic experiences, bad habits, and more.

You will discover places in the world, colours, foods and people that are good for your energy levels.

You may uncover unknown deep, heartfelt big and small traumas from a past life or childhood that have long been buried and are now ready to be released.

In this state of deep relaxation, you can tap into your creativity, explore your imagination, and uncover new talents and insights in an expressive way that feels more natural.

Your session taps into the empowerment, untapped wisdom, and the creativity, healing, and knowledge within you, all waiting to be unlocked.

What to expect?

Before session: We will have a chat to better understand you goals.

In person session: We will have a chat to better understand questions you want answers to, and set an intention for your session.

During the session: You’ll lie down on your bed, wearing a small microphone for recording. You can use the bathroom anytime, just as you would during the night. I’ll guide you into deep relaxation, where you’ll explore a variety of sensory experiences and impressions that emerge in the safety of this space.

Reflection: We’ll find a theme and piece together the puzzle of information to gain deeper insight and answers.

People often notice they pee more during or straight after, which seems to be the body’s way of flushing out toxins and emotions. Occasionally, I’ve noticed people develop red marks on their skin that fade within a few hours, which they believe are connected to a past life.

Some people can feel an unexpected release of emotions, followed by a sense of relief. Others might notice warmth, tingling, heaviness, or itching, which we can explore to help release any energy blocks. Together, we’ll focus on enhancing your ability to manage your energy through your intention (Yi).

Will I go to sleep? No, my job is to make sure you stay in that nice floaty state like when you drift off to sleep, but can still go to the loo. That way you keep talking!

We will make sure you feel fully alert to go about your everyday life before I go.

After your session I will send you your audio recording that is for your personal private use only. The quantum nature of your session means that you can listen to your recording to activate self healing and remind and reinforce the power of your intention (Yi) for making positive life changes for meaningful joy, and much more.
